From My Chest

The roots of „From my Chest“ go back to the year 2002 when Philipp, Patrick,

Stefan and Didi started making music in Lower Austria.



In 2004 Didi left the band and „From my Chest“ was officially founded.

The sound is hard to define but it‘s a style of modern melodic punk/hc

with stylistic elements of musicstyles like punk, metal, rock, hardcore and many more.

In the same year [2004] we released a demo CD, recorded at the „Fast Forward Studios“.



Within the last 4 years we played about 80 shows and shared the stage with bands like:

The Generators [usa], Blood or Whiskey [irl], Pistol Grip [usa], Ruiner [usa],

Rentokill [aut], Ephen Rian [aut], In-Sane [slo], The Argies [arg], Burning Heads [fr]

and many more.
