Laila Hansen is a country artist from Eydehavn, a village east of Arendal.
Growing up with song and music and a father who played on most instruments. At the age of 10, she performed publicly at a Red Cross event at her home.
Later in her youth she performed a bit with Sørlandstrubaduren Knutta, also actively engaged in athletics in adolescence, which took most of her time.
Returned to music at adulthood and it was especially country music that was closest to her heart. In it she found genres from pop, rock, jazz and the traditional.
In 2004, the debut album Never Again, an album that was well received and soon after release she got to play a job at the Country Festival at Breim.
In the period after this, there were a number of jobs around Norway.
In 2013, she took the big step and traveled to Nashville and recorded her second CD, which was released in 2015 entitled From Nashville With Love. On this are some of America's best musicians.
