Flict - Starlight (80 BPM)
Album: Flict -- Explorers

After years of playing ambient and chill at festivals and parties around the globe, Flict (Dan Flict) released his debut Explorers in 2009 with great reception by the lovers of the genre. Here you can find four emotional compositions exploring the deeper side of ambient and psychedelic downtempo. An eclectic and introspective journey through the listener mind, from darkness to light, always visual and full of color. Mastered by Luiz Tornaghi with cover art by Roosevelt Soares.

Flict's music journey started in his adolescence, when he went head first into the world
of progressive rock and metal, accompanied by his old passion: Drums. Finished college
and worked with computer science until he realized he would never be able to go
through life if he left music behind. That was when psychedelic music and all it's culture,
that had already hypnotized him, influenced a new choice in his life: Drop everything
and study drums and percussion in London.
In 2004, moved by the strong psychedelic underground scene in England, he started to
express himself through DJing, playing Ambient Music in various parties and squats,
until he came back to Rio de Janeiro at the end of 2005.
Since then he played at a lot of great parties and festivals (Khan Altay Siberia, Universo
Paralello, Trancendence, Fora do Tempo, Respect, Cachoeira Alta, Tribe, Kaballa, Pure,
Euphoria, Satori...) all the while producing his own tracks.
With "Explorers" (Flict's first release) you can experience the deep and hypnotic sound
that is his trademark. And don't miss his Live Act for crazy on-the-fly sonic
manipulations and weirdness.

Paralello, Trancendence, Fora do Tempo, Respect, Cachoeira Alta, Tribe, Kaballa, Pure,
