DESCRIPTION:
Track one off of "The Hammering Process", a very influential Metalcore album authored by Living Sacrifice in the early 2000's.

Their music has been cited as a direct influence by Dave Peters of Throwdown, as well as having at least some influence on Christian acts including but not limited to Demon Hunter. Past and present members have performed in Evanescence, P.O.D., and Norma Jean, and some of the current members are active in another metal band that plays a slightly darker blend of music, Soul Embraced. There is something on this album for everyone, whether it's Lance Garvin's underrated drumming, Rocky Gray's exceptionally heavy guitars, Arthur Green's thick bass grooves, Lance Putnam's unique percussion style, or Bruce Fitzugh's empowering vocals.
