The McGuire Sisters were a singing trio in American popular music.
The group was composed of three sisters :
Christine McGuire , Dorothy McGuire , Phyllis McGuire.
The McGuire Sisters were born in Middletown, Ohio and grew up in Miamisburg.
Their mother, Lillie, was a minister of the Miamisburg.and taught them to sing the church hymns. They started singing in 1935 Miamisburg First Church of God (Anderson, Indiana),
Eventually, they sang at occasions outside church and, by 1949,
were singing at military bases and veterans' hospitals.
McGuire Sisters singing career started signed with Coral Records in 1952.
McGuire Sisters in USA Billboard Hot 100 :
1955 song ' Sinserely ' No. 1 and ' He ' No. 10
1957 song ' Sugartime ' No. 1
1959 song ' May you always ' No. 11
