Nehama Patkin was dear friend and mentor of many, a very well respected Suzuki piano teacher and human being. Here is an excerpt of her from a Professional Development lecture that Nehama gave in St. Louis, Missouri about June or July, 1999, where she discusses finger pressure on the piano.
