DESCRIPTION:
In conflicts with yourself there are no rules, breaks or suspensions. You cannot breathe , you have no balance , the fight you win is often the one that you avoid although unspoken tensions always reappear when we least expect it . In choosing to face the encounter there is a growing possibility of victory : the match with your own limits, the effort to deal with it, the strain of looking at yourself, at last, in an authentic way. In the video for "All'improvviso io ti vedo" ("Suddenly I See You") the metaphor for this inner journey is told through the picture story of a suburban boxer who vigorously prepares to ring and so to life, through training in the noble art . It is that moment of epiphany that is narrated in this clip where the music of Gabin flows as a soundtrack while the flavor and character of the images are those of a short movie. Made by film and video maker Manuel Savoia, the video for "All'improvviso io ti vedo" is the result of a shared elaboration with the author of the song, Filippo Clary, who is also the independent producer f the clip.
