Pink Floyd - Fearless - Video
PUBLISHED:  Feb 06, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
Track number 3 from their 1971 album Meddle. This is one of my favorite bands/music groups. They are one of those Classic Rock groups that has so many hits and great lost classics as well. This one is one of their most under-rated songs in my humble opinion. I like the acoustic guitar work and the uplifting lyrics.

The chanting that is slightly heard during the song and then again during the end is part of "You'll Never Walk Alone," originally a 1945 "Show Tune" for Rodgers and Hammerstein's musical Carousel, a which earned Gerry & The Pacemakers a U.K #1 hit in the year of 1963 (pivotal year in Rock history because of the Beatles arriving to the United States). The song was covered by countless artists like Jackie Wilson to Perry Como, Judy Garland to Patti LaBelle, Elvis Presley to Bob Dylan. Like "Fearless," "You'll Never Walk Alone" is a very uplifting and inspiring song. It has a great build up in dramatics as the song progresses towards the end.

I really like how Pink Floyd juxtaposed their song along with "You'll Never Walk Alone." They are just as brilliant producers as they are artists. This is a song that should be played on Classic Rock, actually any Rock station more often
