Fang Da Beast

In 1999 Fang da Beast, then known as Fang was a solo rapper with a deep admiration towards 2pac which you could feel from his heartfelt, real to life in depth lyrics. Later he would be introduced to a whole other side of rap "battle rapping". Intriguid by the punchlines and aggressive nature his writting ability tool him in a whole other direction. He was fresh off an instant street anthem "OE Gangsta" and a guest spot on the original S.A.R.S mixtape, his buzz was starting to take off. Cocky at this time was an unnamed artist, literaly. Inspired by Eminem, sticky Fingaz, and Big Pun. He was a clever, visious 1 liner type of rapper, out around the GTA batteling local rappers, earning himself wins under whatever alias he could think up at the moment. Not fully satisfied with his delivery, flow and vocals, due to constant comparison to Slim Shady, he steered away from recording and took some time to improve on his skills. Cocky and Beast represent the East Side of Toronto with the up most passion and respect for it. Although being bumped around moved from home to home, area to area, they were never able to clam a specific block in tha DOT so they chose a whole side
