fadeout got in shape as a full band in late 2003 and started composing their own songs from the very first day. Searching for soundscapes through modern indie-rock and pop music, trip-hop and electronica the band managed to create a personal style, speeding up with guitar riffs and slowing down into mellower territories in equal doses.

Their first release was a Last Chance Remix of "I Don't Care" from radio producer/DJ Dimitris Papaspyropoulos. This track was included in "Once Upon A Time" CD compilation, released in late 2005 from SonyBMG.

In the meantime the band was working with producer Giorgos Priniotakis for their debut, self-titled album. The recorded material was completed in June 2006 and released in 31st October 2006 from M.S.EN. Music that had already signed the band.

All these years fadeout appeared in several live events in Athens together with many other greek, alternative bands and supported norwegian indie-rockers The Low Frequency In Stereo (03/2006) and songwriter Holly Golightly (02/2007) when they visited Greece. Their biggest appearance though was the opening act for the sold out Athens show of Puressence in Gagarin 205 (11/2007).

Year 2007 is dedicated in promoting the album in any possible way, although the band is already working on some new ideas that will be presented on stage soon enough.

In March 2005 fadeout seemed to gain a little bit of international attention, when the american indie/alternative music e-zine "Independent Clauses" covered "Time" with a really high praising review. Right now reviews of the whole album can be found in almost every greek music press medium (Avopolis, Pop+Rock, MiC, etc.)
