As an organ player I always keep looking out for the best solution combining sound and the looks of the good ole Hammond B3. As far as looks go the Xk3c system is the best, but when it comes to sound I'm not a huge fan of the Xk3c, although it's not bad of course. Alternatives like Crumar Mojo and KeyB are better sounding solutions in my opinion.
I bought the Hx3 midi expander (www.keyboardpartner.de) which is a newcomer on the clonewheel market, but its sound is great and being updated all the time and is the only module that is fully controllable by Xk3's controls. (Keyb's expander for instance doesn't work with Xk3's drawbars.
For now this seems to be the best solution for me, in combining looks and sound.
