Introducing Ethylene from pineapple and banana!

Previously, I got the pineapple and potato from my first dumpster diving, The condition of the foods are not edible. So, I decided to recycle them for plant growth hormone. This is not the first time, but this time is special. I will add the secret ingredients to enhance the formula.

How to do it for two buckets?

Ingredients: pineapple x 1, egg shells x 2, banana skin x 2, potato x 1, extra virgin coconut oil x 1 tbs, tap water x 6 Liters, brown sugar x 400g., *** malt grains x 1 kg. + 3 months fermented malt grain x 1 Liter

Let's start, shall we?

1. Take out the pineapple stem, and regrow it. How? Peel off the leaves at the bottom of the stem. Use the toothpicks to stabilize and center the stem in the cup. Pour the water to cover some parts of the stem, which, hopefully, the new roots (white) will grow out of it. Then, Place the cup in the plastic wrap (increase CO2), and let it stayed in a dark room for couple days. Also, water should be changed daily.

2. Cut and dice the pineapple, potato, banana skin into the small pieces. The smaller size and the amount of sugar will affect the speed of fermentation process. Pour all ingredients into the buckets, and cover the top with plastic wrap and rubber band. Make sure you cover the top again with aluminum foil to prevent the light exposure (these microbes don't like the light). So, only the good bacteria will grow (think about the bacteria in our guts…less O2).

3. Wait and wait for 15 - 30 days for a happy ending.
