Overview:

It is 1991. War has broken out as Iraq invades Kuwait. To counter the Iraqi threat, Coalition forces send their military assets to support the Kuwaiti liberation and take the fight all the way to Baghdad.

Back in Coronado (southern San Diego), California, two naval officers are given the opportunity to go through the most rigorous training that the US Navy has to offer and potentially become SEALs. Lieutenant Lawrence Hammer (Lowe), a graduate of the Officer Candidate School (OCS), is an impulsive loner who likes to gamble with peril and does not play by the rules. Lieutenant Dean Mazolli (Hansen), a Naval Academy graduate (a.k.a. a "Ring Knocker"), goes out of his way to look out for his ship mates as expected of a true leader. Both men are teamed up to take down a coastal Iraqi outpost with their fellow SEALs while battling to keep their friendship alive amidst a love triangle with a woman they both love.
