UK RnB label ERRA RECORDS have been busy building an impressive roster of artist recently with FM Crew’s Girls reaching No.3 in the DMC Hip Hop chart and “Nu Starr’s” Angel Faringdon remix of “Candi Treat” reaching No. 1 in the DMC Leftfield/Breaks chart.



The latest artist to emerge from the Erra Records hotbed of talent is 22 old year multi talented Singer & Songwriter, the RnB/Soul/Pop sensation,



Shereen-Crystal also known to many as 'Crystal Celebrity'.



Hailing from Beckton, East London Crystal is already causing a stir on the central London club scene and local radio stations with her debut single, "Wanna See You Dance". With her breathtaking vocal performances and sultry good looks she has been predicted by many to be the first UK artist who will reach the equivalent levels of success & acclaim as the likes of the U.S.A's very own Rihanna .



The debut single is packed with 3 funky mixes ranging from electro rnb/pop to Funky house which are all produced by hit maker / acclaimed producer, Benji Whytepatch who appears as the feature artist on the tracks.



Multi talented, Shereen-Crystal is qualified and skilled in media, performing arts, drama, literature & music production.



Last year Crystal had a fantastic year touring alongside U.S Superstars De La Soul & U.K Rapper Doc Brown at London's Jazz Cafe. She also worked and performed with the likes of Nate James, Omar, and S.A.S (Eurogang), as well as an international collaboration with the Swedish group 'Nu Starr' and New York rapper 'Slic One' which was up for the 'Channel U Best Of British Awards'.



Her music has been played on BBC 1Xtra and featured on one of Tim Westwood's compilation CD's, all of which has added to her growing fan base in the U.K.

Alongside her music and touring independently Crystal has worked vigorously on creating 'name-to-face' recognition in both the U.S and U.K fashion industries through her continued assignments within the world of modeling including assignments with Sof, N Free Products, Sleek, AVEDA New York and I-Pod skins, to name but a few!



Shereen-Crystal is also a very talented songwriter. Her metaphoric lyrics, contagious melodies and tongue in cheek innuendo's have really got something to add to the industry. She writes her own material and plans to go on to write for big acts in the future.



Influenced by artist such as Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani, Missy Elliot and Damian Marley, with the old skool vibes of Lauren Hill, Mary J Bligh, and Aaliyah, Shereen-Crystal is here to offer us something far from ANYTHING ELSE WE HAVE EVER SEEN FROM A U.K FEMALE ARTIST!

The much anticipated video for 'Wanna See You Dance' has just been shot but AWARD WINNING Director 'Luke Biggins' who has done videos for the likes of Ludacris and Choong Family! Look out for cameo appearances from various UK sports Champions and acclaimed actor Adam Deacon (Kidulthood, Adulthood) soon to be on a tv screen near you!



Release date is set for 20/10/2008.



Other recent artist include Manchester born, Nicole Marie singing Your Body Speaks alongside Benji Whytepatch. The track features Electro, Funky Houses by K. London and Electro remixes by Angel Farringdon and Benji Whytepatch and is currently tearing up dance floors over Europe.



Although the single is officially released in July 2008, the tune has already made a feature in UK’s Music Week’s pop commercial chart In 02/09/2007.
