DESCRIPTION:
Emperor Norton's Stationary Marching Band. Aside from the fact that they don't actually leave the building, they're pretty much lying about that "stationary" part. Towards the end of this clip they're also joined by members of Church (another band) and Cool Whip Luke, the most promiscuous trombonist in Seattle. (That guy sticks his horn in everywhere!) An awesome performance!
