PRESENTED BY ROBERTO MARTÍN

Originally from Palma de Mallorca (Spain), Kiss The Enemy rose from members of the city's most known rock and punk bands in the underground scene like Men, No Children, The Full Metal Jackets or Thrash Out. All of them know each other from way back and have shared the stage many times, as some of them have been playing for over fifteen years.

Marcos Escoriza (vocalist from the band no children) formed Kiss The Enemy in the middle of 2011 to record some of the new tracks he had written at the beginning of the year. They were totally different to anything he had written before.

It was only when the band got together to arrange the songs they realised that what once started as a fun project had evolved into something much more. So they started to work hard to make them sound as tight as possible and be ready to record their first album as soon as possible.

Now, with his brother Ivan on rhythm guitar, Eric on drums, "El Niño" on bass guitar and Xavi on lead guitar, this five piece rock band are recording their first album at 33 studios. It will be released in 2012 by Tresert, under the production of Pablo Ochando. An album that reflects both heart and soul through twelve tracks of pure rock.

We can perceive the freshness of a new band and at the same time appreciate the experience that members of Kiss The Enemy have adquired over the years.
