Rhoda Scott - Organ Masters DVD w/ Lucien Dobat & Feat. Benoit Sourisse, Emmanuel Bex, Stefan Patry, & Thierry Eliez

This is a compilation of clips from the DVD, Organ Masters. It was filmed in March 2007 during a four-night event at Duc des Lombards in Paris, France. Each night, Rhoda plays with a different organist and is accompanied by Lucien Dobat on drums. A CD was released based on the film, also called Organ Masters.

The DVD also has interviews with Rhoda and each of the featured organist after their night of performing.

The first night is with Benoît Sourisse. Rhoda and Benoit start off with -Nova-, followed by -Portrait in Black & White.-

The second night is with Emmanuel Bex. They first play -Take the A Train- and then -A Child is Born.-

On the third night, Rhoda plays with Stefan Patry. They start off with the tune, -Isn’t She Lovely- followed by a tune written by Stefan Patry for Rhoda and her late husband, Raoul entitled -Le bar est ouvert (The bar is open).-

The final night is with Thierry Eliez. They play -C Jam Blues- and finished the night and the Organ Masters concert/production in style by playing Rhoda’s -La valse à Charlotte.-
