DESCRIPTION:
This last week was so heavy. I received news on Monday that a friend of mine, had passed away suddenly, leaving behind a Husband and two small children. Another friend of mine found out that her cancer returned only days after her Father un-expectantly and suddenly passed away. At times like this, it's hard not to wonder what in the world God is up to.

But I feel the Lord prompting me to share this song in light of these events. I wrote it a little over a year ago when my Mother-In-Law was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and was taken from us a month later. She was in so much pain and would literally pull her knees to her chest and cry out to God. Sometimes in the pain, there is nothing more we can do than just wait on God. Trusting He is there, believing your pain is not hidden from Him, and choosing to lay your life in His hands.
