Miss Elie Sorbsel aka Emilie Lesbros played on New Years Day, Jan 1, 2015 at Cheer Up Charlies in Austin, Tx. The band consisting of Emilie Lesbros on guitar and voice, JJ Jungle on bass, Christopher "Zumbi" Richards on trombone, and Robb Kidd on drums, performed an amazing set of music which electrified and exhilarated an Austin crowd that came out to support live music despite it being the day after New Years Eve... The resulting music was incredible to say the least, especially because the band had only had one rehearsal ever before playing the set... the sound on this recording is not the best, but the energy of the band is captured in this emotional revolutionary call to action.
