"El Presidente" is a bio-epic film on General Emilio Aguinaldo, hailed as one of the greatest generals in Philippine history who fought for the country's independence. It is Scenema Concept International's entry for this year's Metro Manila Film Festival and stars Gov. E.R. Ejercito (in the title role), Cesar Montano, Nora Aunor and Cristine Reyes and is directed by Mark Meily.
