Echoes of Yul, projekt Michała Śliwy (zasilany koncertowo i sesyjnie przez perkusistę Petera Smitha). Do tej pory wydał dwie płyty długogrające i split z Guantanamo Party Program i Sun For Miles. Muzyka zespołu oscyluje wokół wolnych slowcore`owych riffów, ambientowej atmosfery i fascynacji space-rockiem. Na początku 2014 roku nakładem Zoharum Records ukaże się nowe wydawnictwo zespołu "Tether EP" z kolekcją remiksów utwórów z poprzedniej płyty "Cold Ground" oraz premierowymi kawałkami.

Echoes of Yul is the brainchild of Michał Śliwa (supported in studio/live by drummer Peter Smith), so far the band has released two full lenght records and split album with Guantanamo Party Program and Sun For Miles. EOY`s music explores darker sides of ambient, kraut-rock and slow-motion core with a strong influence of cinematic elements. New record "Tether EP" - collection of remixes, collaborations and new tracks, is set to be released on Zoharum Records in 2014.

COLD WIND IS THE PROMISE OF A STORM to druga odsłona kompilacji, która wyszła spod skrzydeł grupy Post-rock PL. Kolejny raz zebrano polskich artystów z gatunków post-rock / ambient /post-metal na jednym krążku pokazując przekrój polskiej sceny alternatywnej. Mnóstwo nowych i jeszcze mało znanych zespołów, nigdzie niepublikowane, ekskluzywne utwory i premierowe kompozycje debiutujących projektów na jednej płycie!

COLD WIND IS THE PROMISE OF A STORM is the second part of a compilation, signed by the Post-rock PL group. We have, again, gathered a bunch of polish post-rock / ambient / post-metal artists on one album, showing the variety of the polish alternative scene. Loads of new, not well-known (yet!) projects, unpublished, exclusive tracks and debuts on one release!
