This is a noisy video for sure!!!!! I produced this video when I was running with the nutty goons at Organized Records "In The D", All these dudes was my friends and my younger brother friends from childhood. These guys grew up to be killas, hustlas, gangstas etc. Cool if you knew em', fools if you didn't. we all got these types of friends. My homie Citty Gee, was holdin down the East and Big Tyme was holdin down the West, goons everywhere though. I remember giving the song to these guys. I walked downstairs from the studio and heard all this bangin and fighting, we all went upstairs to see what was going on, and it was these 2 kats going at like, EAST THIS AND WESTSIDE THAT!!!!! When i heard it, I knew we had a hit on our hands!!! either that or a riot club anthem. Anyway, While doing the video, I've never ever seen so much comradary in Detroit in this one day. All killas, thugs and nutts all gather together from the east to the west, on boths sides of the fence, the east side and the west side. But that day we was all together, brothers. With one objection, making a mark, a statement, and I think we accomplished it with this song and video. STRENGTH IS IN NUMBERS!!! If Detroit would banish the rep of hating on each other, as you can see in this video, we'll be a force tough to reckon with. Anyway, this video ws tough to do, try controlling over 50 40 ounce drinking Lycans and see if you won't catch that quick beatdown. Fortunately, the hood niggas respected my approach, which was very cautiously......lol, anyway, we all got along, we all enjoyed the session and nobody got shot in the process. So once we put our mind to it, watch out world!!!! As trick trick will tell you, Welcome to Detroit, but when you come, be sure to pay homage to the Boyz that runs the city!!!!!!!! more videos to come.
