DESCRIPTION:
This performance of Beethoven's Ninth was the grand finale of the Duke Music Department's year-long celebration of the transformation of Baldwin Auditorium.

The piece is performed by the combined forces of the Duke Symphony Orchestra, the Duke Chorale, and members of The Choral Society of Durham, conducted by Harry Davidson. Soloists are Andrea Moore, soprano; Elizabeth Tredent, alto; Timothy Culver, tenor; Brian Johnson, baritone.
