We just got back from a week away down in San Francisco for a wedding. Two friends of ours got married downtown at City Hall and we all spent the week together celebrating and exploring the city. It was tiring but it was good. Thank you, Lord.

TODAY is Father's Day.
I have been very blessed to have a papa who has looked out for me, taught me, disciplined me and loved me deeply. My dad has never avoided showing affection and he definitely has never avoided calling me out and providing the guidance and discipline needed to be ready for this world and calling. I have watched my papa grow and submit his heart and ways to the Lord. He is still growing as a person, as a husband to my mama, as a father to all of us streetkidz and a pastor to the Maui community. Kaleo James Waia'u...you are a good papa and a fantastic earthly example of the Love of our Good, Good God!
