For me "Vápna lækjar eldr" is one of the best releases in the past years and for sure one of my favourite Albums of 2012.

Árstíðir lífsins combine Atmospheric Black Metal with old traditional Folk, harsh vocals & Screams with heroic choirs. The Lyrics are deeply rooted in the old Iceland's History and continue the story of their first Album "Jötunheima dolgferð".
