I wanted to add since Doris Day passed away, a paragraph from her autobiography that has always stayed with me, to me this was Doris Day...it's the last paragraph in her autobiography..."I think the greatest face-lift is a thinking-lift. Our faces reflect what we're thinking, and when we have clouded, negative, bitter thoughts, thoughts with fear and hate in them, our faces and our eyes show these things no matter what we do. When thoughts are positive and loving, a person's entire face relaxes. Down lines go up. Worry lines ease out. The body lifts in spirit; the soul is uplifted.
