All Time Low live on March 16 (day 2) at NeverSayNever Festival 2011 at Las Palmas Racepark on the main stage. Ever since The Devil Wears Prada concert in October 2010, this guy has been to EVERY DontGetEmo concert wearing a panda costume, and he did it again for this one. Alexander Gaskarth from All Time Low kept trying to get the panda to crowd surf onto the stage, and eventually, he did, haha.
