DESCRIPTION:
You're brushing your hair upstairs when the doorbell rings. You hear your father get up off of the couch and move towards the door before the sound of wood being smashed into pieces causes you to run to the top of the stairs. Holding a bouquet of roses covered in glass shards and wearing a crude tuxedo he likely tailored himself, a half-man, half-machine towers over your dad as he cowers among the splinters. The cyborg looks up and your eyes meet. His optical processor merely identifies and observes you--it has no concept of beauty and cannot appreciate all the work you put into your dress, your hair, your makeup. With a tone of total authority, he barks, "IT IS TIME TO GO, BABY. WE WILL BE LATE FOR THE FUNCTION. YOU HAVE TEN SECONDS TO COMPLY." He hurls the roses at your face. Robocop has come to pick you up for the big dance.
