The Stewart was evidently mainly marketed by drugstores and its small footprint enabled them to be displayed on the countertops of the stores. They were priced at $6.50.
The reproducer turns to enable playing of vertical cut records Edison Pathe'. A suitable stylus needed to be installed.
The phonograph came in other finishes as well this is a simulated wood one.
