Hip Hop Hijack was the first creation of The Council Entertainment due to the outright lack of real Hip Hop music in venues around Shanghai. The goal was simple, to bring Urban music and culture back to Shanghai and prove that urban culture is a profitable commodity in China. After 2 years we are definitely on our way to achieve these goals and more. DJ Scratch has to be everyone's favourite DJ's favourite DJ, and in proof of that in 2006, he was honoured in The Source Magazine as a Hip Hop Icon. Scratch is the man who provided the flamboyance to EPMD, Jay Z and P Diddy's stage shows. As well he has produced over 40 Gold and Platinum Awards which makes DJ Scratch responsible for the sale of over 30 million albums to date. He has produced such hits as the New York Anthem "NY Shit" by Busta Rhymes, EPMD's "Rampage", LL Cool J's "Ill Bomb", 50 Cent's "50 Shot Ya", and a long list of Hip Hop Classics.In 2010 he won the inaugural Master of the Mix Deejay competition and TV show winning over $250,000.Don't miss the chance to see a true master of the Mix when Dj.
