Marc gives you a great look into the this piece of musical history, an original 1961 Jazz bass in three tone sunburst.

Pickups/Hardware: Black bobbin pickups (bridge measures 7.70 ohms and neck at 7.51 ohms), '61 potentiometers

Cosmetic Condition: Plenty of wear around the edges and some finger wear above the thumb rest. The back has a very interesting mark through the finish as well. The top clearcoat is almost gone. The pickguard has a broken tip from shrinkage. There are a couple of areas of vinyl wear on the back of the body and headstock. The headstock has a very unique result of checking and the neck has been nicely worn in. This bass has certainly been enjoyed over the years.
