Dj Fuse, CEO of Night Fusion Studios,has done well for himself over the past four years. He is also part of Dub P, a well known crew in South Florida's mix tape circuit. Among his most recent titles and awards are BET 2006 Spring Bling DJ Battle Champion, 2nd place in the WMC DMC World Championship, 2002 Hip Hop Elements Throwdown Champion, 2005 B-Boy Masters Pro-Am Champion, 2003-2005 Guitar Center South Regional Champion, 3rd place in 2005 DMC Florida Regional Finals, and the list goes on. His mix tape, Missing In Action Take 1, was nominated for Best Mix-Tape of the Year in the 2004 Miami Awards.



At the age of ten, the future Dj Fuse tuned into the vibrant sounds of Herbie Hancock and Grandmaster DST'z Rock It, and aspirations of becoming a turntablist flooded his head. His friend Emilio (R.I.P.) let him experiment with his turntable, and eventually, Fuse saved up enough money to buy his own set. His influences include Dj Q-Bert, Dj Craze, Dj A- Track, Dj Premier, Timberland, and Scott Storch.



After graduating from Columbus high school in 2002, Fuse decided to go straight to college, and to take advantage of the business aspect of the music business. He taught himself the basics of classical guitar, and later became a student of the talented Jose Adan at Miami Dade College. He graduated from Miami Dade College in 2005 and is presently going to the University of Miami majoring in Music Business with a minor in marketing.



Fuse started Night Fusion Studios a year later after he graduated from high school. Through time, money, and dedication, he has had the privilege of working with some of Miami's rising artist, such as his crew Dub P, Rick Ross, Sly Kat, Idee4, North and Agony, Matik, Bright Eyes, etc. He has also opened up for major artist such as Llyod Banks, Young Buck, Rick Ross, Trick Daddy, Young Gunz, and Digital Underground. In addition to his mix tape series, DJ Fuse has executive produced and mixed Beleaf - Beleaf System , Ban2 - Second Chance , Rev - Let It Burn , Dub P - The Building , and Mogly - Gumbo .

Fuse was hired as an Instructor at the exclusive Scratch Academy in December 2005. The school was started by Dj pioneer Jam Master Jay (R.I.P.) in New York. Fuse helps teach students from all different ages, cultures, and genders the techniques to the art of turntablism.



Ask him why he chose his career, Fuse will say, "I was brought here to make music. Its in my blood. Music is something that once you die, a piece of you will live forever."
