Now he also lends his name to a mintox band, Dan Murphy and his Bottles of Confidence. Starring Peter Bibby (Frozen Ocean, Fucking Teeth), who writes the tunes and sings them like Shane McGowan lost in Kalgoorlie screaming at bleeding laudanum and typhoid hallucinations, and his trusty bottles of confidence, Nick Allbrook (Pond, Tame Impala) and Cam Avery (The Growl, Pond), clattering along behind.
