DJ Aycee

I'm Aycee straight out of the great big second city. Music is something i've always had a strong passion for, especially house and garage, but i've never been able to take seriously due to other commitments in my life however in May 2006 i went through what was without a doubt my worst life experience ever and was left in a really bad way almost feeling like i had nothing much left to go on for. From this i held my head up though and got closer to the Almighty who gave me the strength to overcome what it was i was going through and it was then i found the music as a form of release. I just started to buy loads of records every week, thousands of pounds worth and bought myself some decks and then i never looked back and within a year i have already established myself with my own unique style of mixing old skool ukg with niche and 4x4 and funky house and electro and i've developed a loyal fan base from my ' Something For Everyone ' radio show on the West Midlands biggest underground station, Hot 92fm, each and every Saturday night between the hours of 10 p.m.- midnight as well as playing at some of the biggest clubs all over the UK alongside some of the UK's biggest djs and mcs including E.Z, Masterstepz, Bushkin, Mighty Moe, DT and Jamie Duggan to name a few. I have recently been recognised by one of the UKs biggest radio networks, Galaxy fm Birmingham, and have joined there events team making me a resident dj at some of their biggest events such as the Soul In Da House, Club Galaxy, Urban Rewind and The One Party. My heart's fully in the music and anyone that hears me play can easily see that when i play i'm not just playing music but i'm expressing myself through it and after a very successfull first year in the game things only continue to look up and for that i give thanks to the good Lord each and every time and send nothing but love to all my family, real friends, Leroy, Whonita and the Galaxy events crew, Hot 92 family and both the listeners to my radio show and my followers who have supported me over the past year and helped me to become a recoginsed dj in such a short space of time.
