A rather dangerous curse, when the initiation is uttered its effect is the equivalent of an invisible sword; it is used to slash the victim from a distance, causing rather deep wounds.

The lyrics were written about that feel when your own selfishness leads to losing something/someone you love the most. The story says about fictional character Mr.Psycho and his running away the crime scene and his own thoughts

Demo name: Axe
Inspiration for this song came with new sound, I was testing Axe fx Ultra that i bought from Tomas Raclavsky (Modern Day Babylon) and i still have it with all his presets (Thank you!!). So i loaded preset #108 Born of Osiris match and quad tracked with #105 Misha Mansoor preset and Woala it started to djent even in tunning DGCFAD. Big inspiration for chords came from one of my favourite guitarist ever - Allan Holdsworth (he is a genius). Firstly the part from 3:12 was ment to be a chorus but when we were jamming it, it didn't sound right. So we mixed this song with one of my old demos (called "Prostata") and it fitted quiet well. The first riff is from demo "Prostata" and then when drums start, that's were demo Axe starts. The whole proces was experiment but it is one of my favourite songs to play from album.

Amazing song to play on drums! It's so complex and it includes many dynamics and rhythms. First 2 minutes are like a concentration exercise and it's awesome because I can not think about anything else but the song. Also guys were struggling to make a chorus melody to it so I took some of the old Filip's lyrics and sang it on first take and that was to melody that stayed there until final version. Also felt like Sectumsempra is suitable name and guys agreed so I'm happy that my everlasting Harry Potter love found its use again.
