"Lady" é uma canção escrita por Dennis Wilson, gravada por ele e Daryl Dragon e lançado sob o nome "Dennis Wilson & Rumbo" no Reino Unido em 4 de dezembro de 1970. A música serviu como lado B do seu primeiro single solo "Sound of Free", que não foi lançado nos Estados Unidos.

Também conhecida como "Fallin' In Love", a canção foi escrita para o que seria o álbum Add Some Music do The beach Boys. Esse álbum mais tarde evoluiu para Sunflower (1970), que não inclui "Lady". A canção também foi considerada para o álbum Surf’s Up (1971), mas foi novamente preterida, sendo encontrada num dos mais famosos bootlegs dos The Beach Boys: Landlocked.

The song served as the B-side of the "Sound of Free" single. The single was not issued in the United States.

Also known as "Fallin' In Love", the song was reportedly originally written for the unreleased Beach Boys' album Add Some Music. That album later evolved into the 1970 release Sunflower, which did not include "Lady". The song has also been rumoured to have been considered for the album that became Surf's Up, but again passed over for the eventual release. It is found in one of the most famous bootlegs of The Beach Boys: Landlocked .
