This song is the first track off of Defining Moment's S/T - EP. The picture is the cover of the EP.
One of the two bands that merged to form Mayday Parade. The three members that left this band to start Mayday Parade were Derek Sanders, Jeremy Lenzo, and Brook Betts. As Defining Moment they toured continuously and sold over 10,000 copies of their self titled EP. This song is from that EP, they had a few other demos.
