Music ED aka Elijah "D.D." Holt, is a dynamic musician, producer, arranger/creator. Known for his consistent "feel good" quality, he is constantly sought after to either supply the DEEP pocket on drums, to lace a track boards or to set a fire on the Hammond B-3 organ. He has worked with great artists such as CeCe Winans, Out of Eden, Dr. Bobby Jones, Kirk Whalum, Anointed, Lalah Hathaway, Nicole C. Mullen, Stacie Orrico, Montel Jordan, Yolanda Adams, Mary Mary, Melanie Daniels, Shirley Caesar, Angie Stone, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, Donnie McClurkin and Kelly Price, just to name a few. He is currently honing his chops at production, working with the awesome vocalist Jerard Woods release "I Waited" and co-produced with Grammy, Dove and Stellar award winning Cedric and Victor Caldwell on the "CeCe Winans presents the Born Again Church Choir" project. It also was nominated for a Grammy while winning the Dove and Stellar awards. You can catch him on Kirk Whalum's newest release "Roundtrip" supplying the "smooth jazz" groove.
