DESCRIPTION:
IRON DJ AUGUST 2016 RULES:

Make a 10 minute mix using the Secret Ingredients.
Judging will be done on Sunday AUGUST 28th LIVE on http://www.twitch.tv/djraffikki

ONE Iron DJ winner will receive:
- Custom Iron DJ Winner T-shirt with their name/logo printed on it.


Secret Ingredients - may include remixes or samples, but must include the following (as little or as much as you want but must be noticeable):
1. Daft Punk
2. Pokemon (any songs/remixes/samples)
3. Jovian (http://www.soundcloud.com/justjovian)



Mixing will be judged on the following criteria:

1. Creativity/Originality - up to you! but do more than just play a few songs!

2. Technicality - turntablism/controllerism - doing more than just "pushing play"

3. Execution - clean mixing

4. Musicality - transitions/mashups in key, proper phrasing

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Record a 10 minute video of yourself mixing using any method including the secret ingredients listed above. While video quality and effects are great, judging will solely be done on the mixing.

2. Upload your 10 minute mix to YouTube (mash-up or use remixes as much as possible, if not - consider pitch-bending so that your video is not removed or muted due to copyright)

3. Title your mix "IRON DJ Competition August 2016 Entry - [YOURNAMEHERE]"

4. Add your entry to the June 2016 competition playlist with the following link:

5. You MAY upload another entry afterwards, but please remove the first entry from the playlist FIRST. Only one entry per person please!
