The long awaited FULL Length album entitled, "The DECREE" is the follow up to GIEL's 2011 EP Release, "THE MESSAGE BEHIND THE MUSIC™". With hit singles like "130:5 HOPE" & "Say So, I Decree" GIEL delivers an album that promises to uplift, enlighten and DECREE change through strong beats and even STRONGER lyrics.

The dynamic collaboration between longtime producer TRACKSION and GIEL (works include "Sometimes God" & "Run" from her previous EP) are back to bring a edgy-urban pop sound to Urban Christian music. The duo manage to serve "real life" identity and relationship topics on a "radio friendly" platter. Other producers include grammy nominated producer Ivan Corraliza of Illfactor Music, who brings two powerful records to the table ("Never Change" and the powerful anthem, "We Are") are sure to breakout with rave reviews of color and boldness with its crossover sound and musical imagery. Newcomer producer, Anthony Carter of Revolution Music Group, brings a score-like musical with the dreamy, "K.O.H" or "King of Hearts".

GIEL's vocal performance surely catches our attention with its musical builds, changes and fairytale storyline of a rescued love in K.O.H. Her overall vocal delivery is powerfully mature while simultaneously playful and alluring.
