I am a composer and producer who creates music for film and television. I enjoy producing the most realistic sounding renditions of orchestral music. This version of "Fantine's Death (Come to me)" is incredibly authentic and has an absolutely realistic orchestral sound. Broadway / recording quality.

This has been one of my favorites to create, as it's so subtle and soft on the dynamics. Great meticulous care went into the strings. The goal of the music (and of vocal performance) is to create that sense and sound of fragility. These are Fantine's dying words; a mix of confusion, desperation and beauty. Valjean's role is to guide her gently into that dark and final sleep, reassuring her that he will take care of Cosette, while also balancing the fact that he knows he doesn't have much time as Javert is on his way to arrest him.
