The oft-overlooked Brooklyn neighborhood of Bay Ridge - too far from Manhattan to be considered glamorous, but nevertheless endowed with a personality and charm of its own - portrayed here by Steve Smith, self-styled movie producer/director, and set to the music of David Lind Band.
