Guitarist Dave Stryker got his start working with Jack McDuff (1984-85), and then worked with Stanley Turrentine for over 10 years. He has since released 19 CD's. This video excerpt from an Oct. 2, 2000 gig at the Blue Note in NYC, captures his Shades Project playing music from his 1999 SteepleChase CD "Shades of Miles".
