Local seasoned performer Dave Boutette blends many schools of American roots and popular music, including folk, blues, swing, and old time country. His songs feature unique storytelling and humor, and, as he puts it, testify to the power of true love, rebirth, snow plows, and migrating fish. Last year he put out his fifth solo EP, 1st Rate Companion. Tonight he brings a full band to Rackham Stage.
