"I had an amazing time writing and recording a song with the kids. In all honesty, I kind of expected that. I expected the kids to write some great stuff, be engaged in the process, and for their eyes to light up in the recording studio. What I was not prepared for was what happened when I got back to Nashville and listened back to the song. The unabashed spirit and joy in their voices flew right off of the speakers and reminded me of what music is all about. It's food for the soul, and right now mine feels like it's Thanksgiving and it just had 2nds." - Dave Berg
