Hello All! Four years ago I met someone who changed my life forever -that someone was legendary Canadian singer-songwriter Corey Hart. Over the past four years we have developed an amazing bond by not only working passionately together on music but by creating one of the most important relationships of my life.

Since I started this process with Corey we have dug into over 40 songs! but at the 13th hour (just before the label was going to choose my first single). Corey wrote a very special song & her name was "Daniella Denmark." It was a composition inspired by a surreal dream which came to him during the night.

Well the inspiration didn't stop there for me. I always wanted to film a video on Danish soil. Marking a year from the debut release of "Daniella Denmark" - Corey & I felt it was the right time to go where it all started from a dream. I developed & evolved this acoustic rendition over the last 12 months performing it many nights out on the road in concert.

I hope you enjoy this beautiful video of Daniella Denmark (Copenhagen Dream Version) which was shot by award-winning director Ben Knechtel as I interpret the song travelling through Copenhagens canals in the middle of Denmark’s stunning capital. – J

Bonjour à tous, Il y a 4 ans, j’ai fait une rencontre déterminante qui allait changer ma vie à jamais – j’ai eu la chance de me lier d’amitié avec le légendaire auteur-compositeur canadien Corey Hart.

Pendant ces quatre années, nous avons développé un lien incroyable, non seulement en travaillant passionément sur la composition musicale, mais aussi en fondant une amitié qui est rapidement devenue l'une des plus importantes dans ma vie.

Depuis le début de cette aventure, nous avons composé plus de 40 chansons ensemble! Puis, à la dernière minute, juste avant que la compagnie de disque n'arrête son choix sur le 1er single officiel qui avait été déterminé à cette date, Corey eu un rêve. Il rêva à la mélodie qui allait se valoir une place parmi le top 10 des chansons canadiennes! – “Daniella Denmark” était née.

Fort de cette nouvelle inspiration, nous avons décidé de tourner un videoclip en sol Danois. Un an après la sortie de la chanson “Daniella Denmark”, le temps était venu d’aller visiter les lieux ayant inspiré ce rêve...
