DESCRIPTION:
Guitar cover of the song "Damaged Soul" off the 13 album by Black Sabbath, this is one of their recent songs I like most. A very heavy blues jam basically....it contains many elements of the style on their debut and Paranoid album. I had to patch together some of the riffs, would have liked to do one take but kept making mistakes hehe... The original features one guitar overdub on some riffs where Tony doubles the riff one octave above. Also the solo features a bit of chorus which may have been added in the studio. This cover was recorded using my monkey SG, a vintage Laney a Supergroup combo and a BSM treble booster. Tuned to Eb.
