Daddy lynx (Sheldon Dixon) was born in 1981 in Stony Hill in Jamaica. Daddy Lynx’s love of music would see him enter the music industry at the tender age of nine growing up his musical influences were.



After relocating to the United Kingdom as a teenager to live with family. Daddy lynx continued to develop his musical craft which would see him work with numerous respected artists including the 80’s Dancehall star Little Lenny “Gun Inna Baggy”.



After Recording a prolific amount of Dubplates for Sound Systems around the world Daddy Lynx has established himself as a sound system favourite. Acclaimed live performances by Daddy Lynx across Europe and Canada soon followed, not content with performing alone Daddy lynx musical journey has seen him utilise his time spent in recording studios around the world to write and produce a number of reggae riddims He is currently being dubbed as ”the original” for creating the groundbreaking 80s style classic self titled (original) which despite been on pre release is been well received throughout Europe and is quickly becoming a dancehall anthem The single is being released so sure to watch out for future releases from the multi talented and versatile Daddy “The Original “Lynx
