DESCRIPTION: Dobro and guitar whiz Rick Harris tells the story behind "Shoptalk", an instrumental from his This is the Beginning album on independent Swiss label, Narrenschiff (the German word for "Ship of Fools". He was inspired by discussions he had with his father in their workshop. Rick's dad is represented by the guitar; the teenage version of Rick is portrayed by the resonator guitar. Recorded at Red Kite Studio in Wales by Martin Levan and Stephen Ferron, featuring James Mackintosh (drums) and Tim Harries (bass).
