Lined up for faithful listeners this week is music from one of Montreal's greatest 1970s progressive rock bands, Morse Code. We'll follow this up in the first half hour with a classic track by Yes keyboardist Rick Wakeman off a 1973 solo album, as well as a curious Swedish group bearing the amusing French name Zut un feu rouge, something off the very first Niacin album featuring Billy Sheehan, John Novello and Dennis Chambers, and a La Villa Strangiato premiere by the Jeff Gauthier Goatette on Cryptogramophone Records.

For our second half hour, we venture south to the Dominican Republic to enjoy the creative fusion of El Trio, to France for avant-prog group Les comptes de Korsakoff, another track off the great new album by Steven Wilson, and a compelling instrumental number by NYC-based flautist/bassist Cheryl Pyle.
